Many Indians spend their only two days off in bed, claiming they are 'catching up' on sleep after a grueling work week. Critics argue this is pure laziness and a waste of the weekend that could be used for family, hobbies, or personal growth. Supporters say it is a necessary biological repair mode because the 9-to-6 grind leaves them with zero energy. The debate is really about whether our culture has made rest a guilty activity or a right.
